Why a side dump?

The Cross Country 393SDXL + 292SDX Super-B side dump train is built to haul aggregate, sand, stone and bulk material. It unloads quickly to the side without raising the tub, so it stays more stable and safer on job sites and near power lines.

• Two 26' tubs in wear-resistant 1/4'' Hardox 450 steel, tipping in opposite directions;
• 33.2 cubic yards total capacity (water level);
• Frame, crossmembers and oversized top sill in 100,000 psi high-tensile steel (Strenx);
• A-frame pedestal supports the cylinder and hinge for added strength during the dump cycle;
• Hendrickson HT-300 air ride with load-sensing lift axles;
• Electric Sideroll mesh tarp protected by the top rail, in-cab controls and safety lock-out switch;
• Load scale gauge for accurate loading;
• Buffed aluminum wheels and Truck-Lite LED lighting;
• Built in Canada by Cross Country Manufacturing, certified “Hardox® In My Body” and “My Inner Strenx®”.
