This was made possible through a collaboration between engineers, mechanics, heavy-truck drivers, some fifty Quebec customers and the experts at Remorques Labelle.

The belt trailer box uses the well-known inverted trapezoid design. This shape helps the material flow and reduces build-up on the walls.

The inside of the walls is made of Hardox 450 steel, known for its outstanding wear resistance, then covered with an aluminum sheet to prevent corrosion.

The 4’’ chain used on our trailers is built to last. Made of high-quality steel, it stands up very well to demanding working conditions.

Chain oiling is automatic, with an adjustable flow to suit your needs.

Most belt trailers run on a single motor. Cross Country uses two.

The result: smoother, more consistent operation and better performance when unloading.

The chain can also run in reverse.

If you stop unloading partway through, simply reverse the chain to bring the material back inside. No need to shovel by hand.

The box uses Hardox 450 steel, recognized worldwide for its strength, and is covered with an aluminum sheet to extend its service life.

The welds are Hardox-certified and the chassis is built from T-1 Strenx steel.

A higher-performance steel allows thinner plate, which reduces weight without compromising durability.
