Good to know
- Report a defect as soon as you find it: manufacturers set deadlines (for example 14 days at Cross Country).
- No repair should start before the manufacturer’s approval, or it may not be covered.
- Components from other manufacturers (axles, suspension, brakes, ABS, tires) are covered by their own warranty: we handle those too.
- Normal wear items (paint, bulbs, brake linings) are generally not covered.
